Selection Criteria

Our Process

We evaluate candidates against technical criteria, not resumes. The following areas are essential for all positions:

  • Mathematical Foundation Working knowledge of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical estimation. Ability to engage with technical literature at a technical level — not just reading abstracts.
  • Practical Signal Processing Experience with real data, not just simulations. Comfort with the gap between theoretical models and actual receiver observations.
  • Technical Communication Ability to write clearly and defend technical decisions. Collaborative work requires precise communication.

All positions require on-site presence in Toronto. Remote arrangements are not available.
